Planning, Designing and Production of Tools and Dies.

Dies are an important production sector at "SABATTI F.lli S.&.F." where skilled workers and up-to-date machines make it possible to plan, design and produce top-quality and durable products, only. Planning is the first stage and it is carried out by means of efficient CAD/CAM systems which are always kept updated.

Since all programming data are stored, tools can be easily and quickly replaced without having to stop machines and production, allowing an important saving of time and money. Production is the second stage and it is carried out by means of modern and technologically advanced machines. Machining centres, wire- and diving electroerosion, control and testing systems make it possible to produce samples to be approved of first and top quality dies and tools to be useded in house or sold on the market afterwards. Each technician is responsible for a specific production process.
