Mr Umberto Sabatti started working for his uncle, Mr Bortolo Tanfoglio, and for important gun factories like Beretta and Bernardelli when he has very young.

SF SABATTI: Spring and guns magazines Growing into an experienced and skilled craftsman, Mr Sabatti began to feel the need to express his abilities as freely as possible and in 1940s he decided to start producing side locks for hunting guns on his own.

This business proved to be a success hanks to his craftsmanship and reliability. Later on Mr Sabatti's sons, Segio and Fiorenzo, entered their father's firm supplying so many fresh energies and enthusiasm that in 1973 the firm developed into a new Company called "SABATTI F.lli S.&.F. Snc". The Sabattis decided to become specialized in hot-and cold pressing of Springs on presses or friction screw presses and started to equip their Company with the most up-to-date and technologically advanced machines.SF SABATTI: Spring and guns magazines

Some time later, after moving to another place in Via Madonnina n° 9 Gardone VT Brescia, they were able to introduce a new line of products: i.e. single column and staggered column Magazines.Today, a modern machine shop equipped with CNC machines, "tig" automatic welding-machines, wire- on diving electroerosion etc...makes it possible to produce single column and staggered column magazines for every type of gun completely in HOUSE: from the Dies to the final products! Mr Sergio, Mr Fiorenzo and all their skilled workers will consolidate and improve their position in the future, so that their products will be able to meet the requests of many different customers in Italy and all the world.
